Provide day-to-day assistance to staff members to help resolve computer related issues. Will form time-to-time work with remote control software to assist offsite employees. Assist employees with basic computer needs, new user setups, managing backups, security and passwords. Regularly monitor software, hardware, security and connectivity issues. Investigates and diagnoses network problems. Manages, maintains and updates office printers, assist with asset management and tracking. He will be responsible for planning, installation, maintenance and documentation of all infrastructure hardware and software within the company’s organization including, VOIP server and phones Microsoft Servers such as Exchange, Skype for Business, SharePoint, Web, Team Foundation, Data Protection Manager, Hyper-V, Active Directory, Active Directory Federation Service, MS DirectAccess etc.
