To achieve this goal, we need technical expertise combined with thoughtful organizational change management strategies around adoption and employee engagement. 


  • Lead all change initiatives on client engagements using Valorem Reply guidelines
  • Coordinate milestones and deliverables in collaboration with project team
  • Assess client change readiness and conduct impact and gap analyses
  • Facilitate sponsorship assessments
  • Direct stakeholder alignment and envisioning workshops
  • Create client-specific communication plans
  • Drive employee engagement and enthusiasm
  • Develop, coordinate, and manage change champions networks
  • Identify and mitigate points of resistance
  • Assist in training strategy and planning
  • Evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Conduct a post-project health assessment and recommend corrective actions
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for change management  in the sales pursuit and scope process.
  • Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated understanding of successful relationship management.
  • Experience working in a collaborative environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Experience with Prosci's ADKAR (or similar) change management framework. Certification preferred. 
  • Working knowledge of project management methodology and terms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft technologies including Office 365 and Teams.
  • A bachelor’s degree and a minimum 3-5 years’ consulting experience. Previous experience in learning management, organizational design or change management preferred.
  • Experience with enterprise technology deployments.
