Kansas City, Missouri Operations - Operations Full Time

The Executive Administrative Assistant provides executive support in a one-on-one working relationship. The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the executive team. The Executive Assistant must be creative and enjoy working within an entrepreneurial environment that is mission-driven, results-driven and community orientated.  The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. The Executive Assistant must be able to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks for two of Valorem Reply's executives including: calendar management; expense reports, travel management - proactively plan, coordinate and manage travel arrangements; personal errands. Additional duties:
  • Be accessible; anticipate and resolve highly sensitive and high priority internal and client meeting needs
  • Attend, record, document and store critical meeting notes and action plans
  • Prepare presentations/reports - assist in the preparation of high-level presentations
  • Assists in coordinating the agenda of leadership team meetings and off-sites, and all-staff meetings; attend meetings where needed
  • Draft and edit communications from the Managing Partner as directed
  • Close cooperation and partnership with the LT members on meetings and projects, at direction of partner
  • Special projects as assigned

  • 5+ years of experience supporting C-level Executives, preferably in a consulting environment preferred
  • Competent technology skills including MS Office; use of e-mails, calendar, group messaging, instant messaging
