Valorem Reply seeks an experienced digital transformation professional. This person should be an experienced solution builder with proven experience in advisory roles. The Senior Manager, Product Transformation will work directly with the Vice President of Product Transformation and the executive leadership team and will be responsible defining, taking to market and delivering solutions targeted at our customer’s customers.
 
The ideal candidate should have a track record in product management and professional services. This person will be able to understand the market for transformative solutions and the ability to help our customers turn their product vision into operational platforms or innovative connected products. This person also enjoys engaging directly with customers in a billable capacity.
 
The ideal candidate will have a native ability to bridge technology with business acumen, will bring experience in developing and scaling professional services teams and defining culture. A team oriented leader will work hand-in-hand with peers in the organization to deliver exceptional client experiences and help Valorem’s clients reach their potential. This will be accomplished through building and sustaining a culture of passion, encouragement, hard work and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • 8+ years of professional experience, including technical and/or business consulting
  • Broad understanding of the technology industry, including current and emerging Digital Solutions, and experience managing technology-enabled business change within one or more vertical industries. Preference is for candidate to be able to take a horizontal view across verticals. 
  • Ability to generate trust, build alliances, and orchestrate interdisciplinary teams to the benefit of customers
  • Situational awareness to adapt and solve challenges from a business and technology perspective
  • Consistent record of delivering business value, by bringing the benefits of technology to transform their business
  • Track record of executive presence and ability to present to CXO stakeholders in large enterprises
  • Ability to conceptualize, plan the delivery of digital-enabled business change projects
  • Passion for technology, business, market trends and, specifically the technology and software enabled space
  • Recognized innovator with strong storytelling abilities to inspire growth mindset for the teams and the clients
  • Business development with our marketing and customer success
  • Speaking at events as required
  • Overseeing the advisory consulting team’s performance across the organization
  • Working closely with Sales, Marketing and Operations to plan, impact resourcing and develop Go-to-market services
  • Staying full abreast of changes in the technology landscape, particularly within the Microsoft ecosystem
  • Defining and communicating corporate plans, policies, etc
  • Being an active evangelist of the company both internally and externally
  • Ensuing knowledge sharing and best practices across teams, promoting collaboration across all roles in the organization
  • Requirements

  • Previous leadership roles within a professional services organization (strongly preferred)
  • Proven ability to recruit, retain, and attract the best and brightest consultants and developers while continually challenging them through governance, and transparency
  • ·Experience in defining standards and processed for teams and familiar with multiple delivery methodologies
  • Proven track record acquiring new business
  • B.S. in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related fields
  • MBA a plus but not required
  • P&L management experience and budgeting a plus but not required
