The Digital Strategist will be responsible for guiding Valorem’s digital strategy clients through their digital transformation. In this role, you will help define digital strategies across four digital transformation pillars (empowering employees, engaging customers, optimizing operations and transforming products). You will work on a dynamic mix of projects ranging from an initial digital maturity assessment, road mapping engagements and ultimately overseeing a series of transformation engagements. You will partner with Valorem’s customer success team to begin defining digital strategy through our pre-sales process.
You will work with designers, developers, analysts, project managers and strategic account managers to improve customer experiences across industries including technology, healthcare, aerospace, finance, automotive and entertainment. The Digital Strategist is responsible for end-to-end strategic solutions including identifying, designing, implementing, measuring and analyzing/reporting the performance of data-driven digital strategy. The Digital Strategist will own the strategic relationship with clients across a variety of industries and support peers and other clients within the Valorem portfolio.
