The Consultant will work with the Sr. Consultant, Resourcing and the Sr. Manager, Operations, along with other members of leadership to understand company growth plans and strategic vision. They will focus on managing enterprise level resource allocation, including adjustments based on emerging business or technical opportunities and challenges. Manage enterprise resource schedule (new work assignments, resource movement, assist with utilization monitoring), manage and update tools and create reports and dashboards for managers.
The role requires the ability to synthesize and analyze information from various sources to identify trends, opportunities, and dangers., Partner with various teams to identify key information gaps and plan to provide that information., Collect data through interviews, surveys, database search, or other methods. Identify user needs from user requests and develop strategies by which to meet those needs., Critically evaluate information from multiple sources and clearly indicate quality of final analysis., Communicate complex data in comprehensible ways., Determine, implement, and evaluate business metrics to meet ongoing organizational or customer information needs., Analyze and report on complex data to meet customer needs.
