· Sales Support
o Review Managed Services Opportunities in CRM and assist with the development of all statement of works to drive on these opportunities
o Manage monthly forecasts against monthly and quarterly targets
o Achieve annual quota targets based on contract value influenced professional services
o Drive funnel for Professional Services through proactive conversations with customers on existing Managed Services contracts via regular account MBRs
· Personnel Management
o Own the community of employees that support managed services across the organization
o Establish and enable a proactive and outcome-oriented culture within the team
o Identify ongoing skills needs as new services come online and create training and recruiting plans to meet the needs
o Step in as an escalation point for personnel issues or customer escalations
· Practice Support
o Own the standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support managed services across the organization
o Ensure that SOPs are implemented adhered to across all aspects of the portfolio
o Responsible for managing to the SLAs as defined for each customer
o Work with individual solution area owners to define, support and sell cloud managed services
